Brilliant service! I got an Audi Q3 from LKC motors a few months ago. Couldnt fault them. I received great customer service from all the team; Jason was a star! Definitely recommend!

Not so good experience, based on their lot trusted the dealer, on 1st view showed 3 key fobs, on purchase received only two and one of them was not working. Also emergency keys were missing as well. Also the experience while buying the car was not so good, it was constantly being reminded that I am being favored to have the car if being sold. No further response to email on the key issue since the car being purchased. Strictly will not suggest if you are planning to buy the car from them. May be the dealership is good but the sales staff specifically with whom I dealt with was not a good experience, even at one point got sarcastic comment to have myself and my friend to be on job in dealership , having sarcastic comments on money transfer. Overall it shows the low standard of dealership

Best experience Ive had purchasing a car. I dealt with Jason and went up on a Saturday from London to view a Lexus RC. He let me test drive it and have a look around. He didn't pressure me to buy it despite me putting down a deposit anyway. He got the car serviced from Lexus in the week and had all the necessary checks done with the replacement of 2 tyres because they were low on tread. He kept in contact in the week to arrange pickup so it was ready for me and keep me updated on the car. Went back up the next Saturday to get it and the whole process was swift and smooth. He picked me and my partner up from Retford train station and I cant fault the process nor him. Hes an absolute gem and I will definitely be returning for another purchase in the future.
