        Wanted a new watch battery fitted...30 for lifetime...bit dear but it is what it is...Discovered the day after that the watch second hand wasn't moving and the watch was at the time set when the battery was fitted... so went back a couple of days later..different battery fitted...sorted

        Walked into shop to have two keys cut the elderly employee was working on a battery on another customer's watch and I was told he'll be another 10 mins at least, so while I waited patiently I asked if I could leave my key to collect later on and he ignored me so after an awkward silence for a few minutes he then said rudely, well come on then! I was taken aback and stunned by his pure rudeness I politely declined then told him he was a very rude man I went further up town to the cobblers who happily cut my keys wished me happy Christmas what a true business man and wonderful attitude!
