You should not be waiting 1 hour 20 mins for food in this day and age. Maximum 40 minute wait x there was also the next table with customers that had asked about food how much longer.
You need to improve on the running skills in the kitchen clearly under staffed
And then dropping glass but staff was to lazy to pick up that had dropped on the floor x hazard to say ur a kid friendly pub x
