Poor quality properties and poor service, slow to respond to any issues. They only want to get people in places fast. Zero interest once youre in. Funny that you can never get in contact unless they want something, then youre hounded for days!

Worst company I have ever encountered in my life so after me and my partner was leaving a property as learned they was changing from one letting agency to another after helping expert property shop with informing them that we was left with out hot water for weeks due to a faulty boiler they seemed to what to help us since they was under the impression when sold the property that everything was in working order which worked out in their favour in court since I had all the screen shots off emails bk and forth with the old agency worker saying they wasnt going to fix it since they was changing hands. After being miss treat by previous letting agency to then ask for my mail to be redirected to a family address has I had a tax returns check for them to re-send back to sender and have left me struggling for months once back on my feet definitely wont be renting/buying or mortgaging anything under your companys name and will continue to disgruntle people from ever using you once they get what they want out of you they kick you whilst your down
