Doesnt open based on the published schedule. Makes up rules like appointment only if you need to renew photo driving license. Shambles of a branch.

The website is a waste of time, post office says open so you make a journey and its closed. Opening times are never adhered to , they open late and close early..

I could've sworn this post office used to be open till half 5 week days? Only opening 9-5 doesn't help people that work 9-5 so have to go to the one on Gateford Road thats open till half 5. Staff aren't that friendly, seem like they don't want to be there?

The staff that work in this post office are the most miserable, rude staff I have ever met - why they work in public services I will never know. The girl with the glasses is so abrupt not a friendly bone in her! The old man is equally as miserable (perhaps theyre related - shame as it is a local business but I will take my service elsewhere - what happened to a good morning hope they go under - they do not deserve to trade
