This post office will tell you there is something wrong with your QR code when in reality they fool the customer. They just dont want you to come there to post an item, i think the guy who sits their is not the boss and ruining this shops image. He said to me your QR is not working i knew he was lying. I straight went to another post office and after getting the QR scanned there, i told them about KILTON POST OFFICE, and they said you are not the first one who said this Please save your time and energy.

Tried to send two letters and asked for the cost of different services, the rude awful man said he had not got the time to waste giving me advice and told me to get out, I asked for stamps so I could post out side and he refused, swore at me and stormed off. The shop was dirty and smelt terrible. what an awful experience , what an awful man.

Awful rude woman behind the counter. Stood there counting money for a while before serving, then told me she wouldn't tape up my very small package that had the smallest tear from when I originally opened it. I asked if I could please send this back and she replied with an attitude "what,torn?" Then tried getting me to buy a whole roll of tape, when I only needed the smallest amount. I've been to many many post offices in my life and NEVER not once has the person behind the counter refused to offer a little tape. Very very rude woman who needs to learn a few things about customer service! I will take my business elsewhere. Plenty of other post offices in the area with much more pleasant staff!

I posted three letters on three consecutive days to be tracked as they were very important documents. More than a week later only two had arrived. I popped in to ask if they could help me out as the tracking service stated it hadnt left the shop to be met with a what do you want me to do attitude. I was polite and only asked for help in how to move forward to find the missing letter only to be berated in front of other customers as if I had done something wrong and sent it via the wrong delivery service. I was told to use FedEx in future because sometimes Royal Mail leave things in the bottom of the delivery sacks and they get sent out to other shops or go missing. Not exactly to poster woman for Royal Mail, she was rude and dismissive, I will definitely never be using this shop again
