Really like the food with this place, however since reopening after their holiday (re-opened on the 17th of April) they have not once accepted an order. they don't answer the phone, hangs up after 4 rings everytime. They are open on just eat, let you order, then decline your order an hour later and suddenly aren't taking orders. disappointed doesn't even begin to describe it. what's the point in being open, then not answering or even taking orders when you are set to available. ridiculous

Place is consistently open and then closed. Open for orders but when you make an order, they close and don't accept new orders. Never picks up the phone either. Google hours say they're open, badly managed.

Pronto's has really gone down hill both on service and quality over the last 3 times I have ordered from them. But you keep giving them a chance thinking its a one off but it wasnt. Delivery in excess of 1.5 hrs after order and had to chase up numerous times to ask where my orders were and they just said they are busy. When the food came it was cold, and dry and on one occasion the chicken was burnt and hard. I would not recommend using this takeaway, I certainly will not again.
