Me and my family were until recently registered with this pharmacy, my daughter went in to pick up a prescription, she was served by a very rude girl called Sasha who told my daughter the items were unavailable and instead of offering the prescription to go somewhere else or offering to order the items in she told my daughter that she had to call the doctors and ask for an alternative, she upset my daughter with how rude she was, we will not be using this pharmacy again and I suggest that sasha is re trained in how to deal with customers and in procedures.

To employ a reviewer's clich, if I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. This morning, I turned up to this pharmacy, having pre-booked an appointment to have my seasonal COVID booster vaccination after being invited to do so by my GP. I walked through the door five minutes in advance of my "appointment". I found pandemonium. Whilst I was acting (unacknowledged) as a doorstop for two women (customers), a woman (staff) approached me with a clipboard with a form attached. I reached out to take it, and she rudely waved me away and handed it to someone else. There was no clear queuing system or signposting, other than an A4 notice on one wall saying that, due to a shortage of vaccination stock, they would not be offering walk-in vaccinations. Had they run out or hadn't they? Everyone seemed to be talking about flu vaccinations, and the already-limited space was further curtailed by barricades that seemed to have been erected, carrying notices about flu vaccinations but nothing about COVID. The queue on the other side of the shop - not the one I had joined - inexplicably started to move fast. Everyone on my side of the shop looked confused and during the time over which my patience lasted, we did not move at all. In the end, I told the chap behind he could have my place, as my patience had expired. Word of advice to Celtic Point Pharmacy: If you're going to offer NHS vaccination appointments (and presumably get paid handsomely by the NHS for doing so), offer a meet-and-greet service front of house (or even outside, on a beautiful day like this), to establish who has an appointment. This way, people with appointments get seen in a timely fashion, and other customers who need to fill a prescription or get pharmacy advice won't get stuck in the melee. In the event, a complete clusterf*** and waste of my time. Hopefully, the chap who was behind me will get seen before closing time.
