        Horrible staff, we specified that our dog hair to be cut with just a short trim and during cut they held us at ransom saying they wanted more money because Nelly hair was in bad condition she had lovely hair pure lazy staff or didnt have skills to use scissors and butchered our dog and gave her skin to bone trim and charged us over 80 when agreed 60 Never use this company my dog is scratching and got cuts on her
