I attended this opticians after initially reading the reviews. They certainly lived up to the 5stars they have received from their customers. Sonny was especially helpful and honest whilst I was looking for new frames (he didnt automatically go for the most expensive frames and tell me they suited me the most), but found a selection of varying prices before I decided. Follow up care is also excellent, when I thought o had a problem I called and he even offered to visit me at home (as I am unable to drive at the moment) to review what the issue was. Turns out just my dicky eyes needing to get used to new vary focals. Also whilst there my mum asked if he could look at her glasses bought from a Sheffield optician. There were a few issues but Sonny kindly took the time to contact mums optician and explain what the issues were meaning they were able to order another pair for her based on his clinical description. I would not hesitate to recommend Sonny and his team as this is by far the best optician I have ever been to. Thank-you to you all for being amazing Kindest Lisa

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I took my son today to have the coloured overlay test, and cannot recommend this opticians highly enough. Everything was fully explained, and we simply couldn't have been looked after better. We also had a quick perusal of their glasses, and they had an extensive selection of beautiful frames. We will certainly be returning.
