We went in on Friday and as we where talking to a receptionist 2 other admin staff came and stud listening to everything we where saying. What has happened to confidentiality.

They've set up an online access tool to book appointments, then they switch it off all of the time. I don't mind if I can't get a same day appointment, I understand they might be busy, however how ridiculous is it that you can't book a future appointment unless it's at a specific time of day that works for them. The surgery is run for the public who are signed up to it, they need to be able to make appointments when they need one. This is going to put so many people off going to the doctors when they do need to. If you ring up to try and book as they've closed the online tool, you're just told that they can't book an appointment at that time, after waiting through around 10 minutes of automated messages, and thats if you can even get through. Half the time the phone lines are 'full' and the call just drops out. Before covid you could get an appointment on the same day or at least a phone call with no problem at all, and that worked really well. They've changed how they handle appointments and this system is absolutely awful. With the volume of complaints they receive, why are they not reverting back to how they booked appointments before covid. It worked for everyone, and now they must be losing so many people from their books. I know I plan to change doctors to one I might stand a chance of getting an appointment at.

Very hard to actually see anyone these days. I work 12 hour continental shifts so unless I waste my days off trying to get through, no chance. The automated phone message gets ever longer and more tedious, I've given up with that and do it online now which is probably what they want!! I'm old enough to remember home visits by a GP, we've fallen a long way since then!

Absolutely useless. Every time I try to use the online access tool to order medication, theyre always closed. You cant even go in anymore either, to my knowledge. Ridiculous
