        15 visits over 22 months to repair Logic combi boiler only 4 years old at the time with Property Heatcard Ltd on a contract. Today was the 15th visit. There was no hot water or central heating about 35 minutes or soon after the gas engineer changed a valve on a radiator that morning. Same gas engineer said he cannot return to fix no hot water and no central heating. After this 15th visit I cancelled the maintenance contract. I contacted another gas engineer elsewhere on the same day and he returned hot water system on both kitchen, bathroom taps and shower later that afternoon.
