Went to House of Elegance thinking I wouldnt find anything as being 5ft and 1/2 inch and less than 8stone I really struggle x oh my word what a Gem Jayne is x straight talking down to earth everything I wanted a person to be to give me her honest opinion x she got my style straight away x and I had picked my dress for my sons wedding x tho it had to be altered x nothing was too much trouble and she ensured I was happy with the results x so much so she even messaged me to say shed had a new batch of fascinators in x and guess what I chose one x I even took my mother in law for her outfit as I was so impressed x and again Jayne was perfect x I would highly recommend this place x its definitely an Aladdins cave x cant wait to send you piccies Jayne when the day arrives x

Lindsey very helpful on realising she had posted the wrong shoe to me, however Jayne really was not - always busy with customers to sort matters out - not sure what I was? I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Inflated postal charges and I was not refunded for the cost of return post of incorrect items as promised! In this instance, sadly, it has not paid off for me to support small businesses.

Superb! Thanks Jane for sorting us. Came with my friend for her sons wedding. Jane let her try on loads that she liked, then she did her magic and gave her a dress she thought would be fabulous and it was! Blown away by the sheer elegance of it. I returned today as I had my eye on one same thing happened, I tried many, then THE ONE! Gorgeous dresses, and suit so many occasions as theres such a range nearly came out with two! Cant wait to wear it

Called in today after quite a disappointing experience elsewhere, and immediately Jane put us at ease and helped in-fact no she worked her magic and she found the most beautiful flattering outfit for my sons wedding thanks Jane
