Lost repairs that were left on the property, customers let down on personalised orders promised for Christmas, not aesthetically pleasing store or staff, prices are sometimes made up on the spot, opening times are hit and miss, had a diamond replaced in a ring, it dropped out again 1 week later, a friend dropped an expensive necklace off for repair and it was lost, another friend took a genuine Rolex for a battery change and the seal was damaged by the on-site jeweller therefore completely losing the value of the watch !!!!! I could go on. Avoid at all costs if you value your jewellery or money! If you have had a good experience you are a lucky minority.
