        Had a new Worcester boiler and flu fitted. First class work and helpful advice. Would recommend this company to everyone.

        Attended on 19/8/21 to assess oil tank & boiler. Said could do job and promised quote following week (initially next day). Had to chase for quote. Finally told on 9/9/21 that not yet done the quote and, if I was serious, couldnt do the work until next year. Didnt dispute my comment that they didnt want the job nor that theyd wasted our time. Unprofessional and thoughtless approach. Where was the honesty?

        Really pleased with the service I received from Abbey Heating. I rang them to say our boiler wasnt working and they fitted me in earlier than I expected. They gave me a time the engineer Stephen would be with me and he arrived on time. He was friendly and explained clearly what he would need to do to fix the problem. He had all the parts he needed on his van to complete the work. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others. Service: Heating system repair

        This company turned up to service my Aga. They didn't do the service. They decommissioned the Aga by disconnecting the gas on the basis of the position of the flu that had been in place more than 10 years without causing any harm, so-called none compliance with building regs. They left me without a cooker. NO HELP at all to fix the problem and charged me a 120. Then I had to pay someone else 450 to get me back to square one. My plumber who was present was disgusted with them. Don't use them to service your Aga. Absolute rubbish, jobsworths.

        Excellent service and customer satisfaction. Gave great advice on the first visit as what our options were( replacing Rayburn oven and boiler with new cooker and combi boiler) Carried out the works as specified within the agreed timeframe . Very quick and professional both from the office contact to the on-site team . I would recommend this company very highly Services: Heating system maintenance, Heating system installation
