DONT USE THIS COMPANY if you actually want what you have ordered; I was quoted 4-6 weeks for a 600 order of box guttering and downpipe + various brackets in early Jan 2022. At the six week point I contacted them to find out when I could expect delivery and they said they would check if it had gone for painting yet. Two phone-calls later (now eight weeks after my order) they finally admitted (when I repeatedly asked if they had actually manufactured them yet) that it would be "another two weeks minimum" before they would be able to manufacture my order. I fully appreciate this is a small order and that material costs have gone up significantly recently because of the war but if they'd decided it was uneconomic to do it at the price they'd quoted why did they not just say so - I would have been happy to meet them half-way just to actually get the gutter as the delay was causing me extra scaffolding costs. Instead their already non-existent customer service was made significantly worse by their evasive and disingenuous answers to my queries over two weeks of chasing which cost me money. In short they are a completely unreliable supplier which is not what you need when working in the construction industry at the moment. So, with them unable to actually give me a date for the manufacture/delivery of the order that they had had full payment for since Id made it, I cancelled it and went to a company who can actually supply the products, in a sensible time-frame and for 15% less, even taking recent price rises into account. In short in my view this company is a triumph of the promise of a good and well-promoted website over the reality of what they can actually offer, let alone provide their customers with; a complete contrast to the company Im now dealing with.

It so refreshing to deal with a company that "say what they do, and do what they say". A first class service from helpful people.

Good quality products, decent price and really good customer service. Had a minor issue with a couple of components but Chloe at AFP dealt with these quickly and professionally. Would happily use again.

Mostly happy with the orders. Not happy that it was just left outside the house on a dark lane with not many houses about. Also, not ideal having the tape directly on the down pipes as leaves a sticky residue that's hard to get off.
