        The experience of purchasing our first house with Barratt Homes has been such a breeze. Previously we had a house fall through due to problems with the seller's documents and an unorganised estate agent. This time round from start to finish there was a solid theme of great communication, organisation and honesty. Deadlines were met right on time and the whole team have been so amazing. We thank everyone from the building site to the top as I still can't believe how easy the process has been. Still feel like I'm dreaming. Special thanks to our sweet sales advisor Elaine who personally went out her way to do kind gestures, such as send us photos of progression as she knew we couldn't visit much due to long distance. I would highly recommend Barratt Homes and the use of their own Solicitor Cleggs (shout out to Jane especially) who also made this experience a dream. May God continue to bless you all for your kindness, dedication and efffiency.
