Robinson's Dental Care

Asked for my check up to be moved to a couple of weeks earlier because I was suffering with toothache they said no. On my eventual check up was diagnosed with 2 fractured teeth and opted to have them out had to book another appointment for treatment and was totally gutted when I had to wait 3 months until January 12th. A week before my appointment they rang to say my appointment was cancelled because my dentist wasnt working that day. I now have to wait until February 7th. Would I have been treated this way if I was a private patient?

I was working 250 miles away from home and the dentist seen me within an hour of calling. I am very nervous when it comes to dentists due to bad experiences, but they were great with me. They really couldn't have done more than they did and I wish this dental practice was where I live cause I would not hesitate in going.

I was seen as an emergency this morning, with a dental abscess. I have a terrible fear of the dentist, but from walking in the practice (even Covid precautions were brilliant) I was made to feel at ease. The dentist and nurse were fantastic. Every step explained, my tooth removed with no pain. Plenty of advise given also. Well done everyone for your care and attention.
