        The level of service I received when I had problems with a PSU was amazing. Forget about the usual copy/paste answers you usually get from support departments, in that case the reply was highly technical with details about what I should try in order to narrow down the issue. It was like getting help from long term friend. I will clearly look again from using them because I got enough of bad support experiences from big companies, which either do not have well trained support staff or they just ignore you.

        Helpful staff took the time to discuss my options and made a great suggestion to replace a failed power supply. Very quick turn around on work and very happy with price and the ultimate solution which was a replacement PSU with customized cable loom.

        CPU failed 12.00MD on 11/9/18... Ordered replacement at 3.15pm, and it arrived 12.00MD 12/9/18. Fitted and computer up & running by 2.00pm. Quieter that original and even had a 4 pin plug that fitted the power socket on the Graphics card. NOW that is what I call service, quick and efficient and well priced. Top Marks!!
