L & O Stitch

Not good. Cancelled order after long wait and many communication problems. Eg: Finally got through after days of trying and he said he'd call back in 5 minutes. Waited and waited. Nothing! Shop was closed during opening hours time and time again. Pleasant enough and seemingly pleasant reception but hopeless in this my experience. I had heard good reports from others which is why I went there. Disappointed!

For the last seven years we have used the services of Catherine and Guy, formerly Damik, now L&O Stitch. In this period, they have provided us with an excellent standard of service, the garments they supply are of fabulous quality, competitively priced, wash well and last. Its been a difficult year with Covid, forced closures and restricted maritime imports, however despite these impediments, they have tirelessly worked long hours to ensure that orders are fulfilled and processed to meet demand. Weve always enjoyed the personal and dedicated service they offer and certainly wouldnt consider using anyone else.

Stressful company to deal with the shop messy and unorganised. The bloke on till doesn't really no to much when we spoke to him had to keep ringing the lady. I visited L&O stitch for polo shirts however did not have any in my sons sizes so said would order the polo shirts in and would give me a phone call when ready to collect which should take a week. I got no call back rang up loads to say they would ring me back never did just an excuse. I spoke to the lady through messenger who was unhelpful when I said is my order lost she just didn't answer question and wanted me to place another order not good enough when I needed them for my son school photo. I order 4 weeks before with L & O stitch so they would have plenty time. My son both ended up not having logo tops for school photo. I would not recommend this company or use them again. I thought they would be good seeing reviews however they are unprofessional and do not communicate very un reliable company.

Always order my school uniform here, never had any problems. They are a friendly business to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. I have recommended them to all my family and friends. Would not go anywhere else now.
