It's absolutely shocking. We asked for a couple of very simple things... well done, chicken balls and well done salt & pepper chips. It's never been a problem from any other Chinese in Worksop. When we called to ask why our chicken was still almost raw and our chips were still hard in the middle, the lady on the phone just argued with us saying something about how it would have looked. I don't care what it looks like. I ordered it like that and got very poorly cooked food and paid 37 for the privilege. Oh they forgot a rice off our meal too and didn't give a toss. Avoid folks. Go to the one at the top of Gateford Rd opposite the claylands ind estate. Only left 1 star because you can't leave 0

Absolutely diabolical. Even worse customer service. We rang about our order that we placed asking for a couple of items welldone (that weren't) and that we were missing items from our order. We got a very angry lady on the phone refusing to put anything right and our missing items were due to me not putting a full stop during my order She also replied that she didn't care if it was wrong and refused to rectify anything. Definitely never again
