Absolutely shocking , sold car with issue which has caused other issues , don't believe a word they say about warranty as its all lies. General manager Chris Matthewman quite frankly should not be in that position his duty of care towards customers or taking responsibilityof an issue. Is none existant , I am now having to go legal against this garage. Stay well clear

We're sorry to hear that you didn't have a positive experience with us. We take all feedback seriously and appreciate any opportunity to improve our services. Unfortunately, the Spoticar warranty cover does not extend to cover for exhaust systems or DPF filters and this clearly set out in the warranty policy documents. Furthermore, cover does not generally extend to repairs that are required as a result of excess oil being added to the vehicle, which appears to be the cause of the repair. Our records indicate that the warranty provider has in fact covered the full cost of your claim, except for the items specifically excluded by the policy. Thank you again for your feedback. In relation to your response complete and utter lie, Evans Halshaw where my vehicle currently is have confirmed issue is down to a fault that has occurred having further implications on other areas. Oil has not been over filled at all as nobody has even touched it since buying the car. I have email from Garage with breakdown of faults which is currently being investigated further. It seems you are trying to brush this under the carpet and it seems i am not the only one to have encountered this poor level of service.
