New Roots overall deserves less than a star. Its all about money and numbers rather than actual support. Communication is poor and the support is even worse. After experiencing a fire whilst in new roots I wasnt even contacted to be asked about my wellbeing afterwards or to check if I had a roof over my head. Avoid at all costs.
