I would avoid this company at all costs. They are very unprofessional and have left me with an unfinished kitchen and are ignoring all communications. The design process was great, then it all went pear shaped on installation which has left me with half a kitchen for months. Terrible communications from them throughout the process and their customer service is non-existent. They really should be avoided...

If I could give 10 stars I would. Such lovely staff and great designs. I cant wait for my new kitchen.

If i could give 0 stars I would .....i do not recommend Rose and Co at all. Rose and Co were the developers responsible for building the estate I live on. I was the first to move onto the estate whilst it was being completed and rose and co were ok then as i could actually see them and speak to them about any issues. As soon as they "Completed" the estate that's when the issues started . Tarmacking was only completed 2 years after moving in after pressure from the residents. Numerous issues on the snagging list were not resolved and had to be resolved by the homeowners themselves, emails were ignored . I had my boiler serviced and it was marked as UNSAFE unfit for service due to an issue was pointed out on my ORIGINAL SNAGGING list and it was only when i started threatening legal action that it was resolved. A 300 pound maintenance fee was taken from each person on the estate to provide annual maintenance of the estate. No effort has been main to continue this payment and no explanation of what the original payment actually went towards apart from 6 small plants and a small sapling that was planted after months of pressure from residents. Nothing like the artistic renderings provided pre house purchase . And then there is the Saga of the automatic gate fitted to the estate . This was without a motor/electrics for 4years after moving in and after finally fitting them there was an issue with providing the keyfobs the gate hasn't worked once since moving into the house another broken promise. Now Sheffield is a pretty windy place you thing a developer would take this into account when building the fences around the estate and the houses nope both my gate and fence were damaged in storm and when multiple handmen were quoted for repairs they commented on the shoddy construction. Its an absolute shambles and i find it incredibly disingenuous when Rose and Co are advertising their new luxury developments when they have left this estate in such a poor state they should be ashamed of themselves.
