What a brilliant service from start to finish- which was over 2 years as our wedding was cancelled twice! From day one I received brilliant service, nothing was too much trouble and when it came to the wedding and my dress was too big as Id lost weight she helped me source a seamstress last minute to get it altered. My dress was beautiful, couldnt have asked for more, Thankyou for helping to make my day special

**TERRIBLE SERVICE - AWFUL COMMUNICATION** I booked an appointment to try on some dresses on the 29th of November. Due to personal circumstances, the owner cancelled my appointment 2 hours before we were booked in. I was understanding on this occasion and gladly rescheduled for the following Tuesday (06/12) at 3pm. We live an hour away from Leadornments Bridal so it isnt a quick journey to make. We drove all the way to the store for my appointment only to find the store was closed. We tried phoning multiple times and messaging and were ignored! We spoke to a staff member of a neighbouring store and he said that the owner had been in that morning and hadnt returned since. After 40 minutes of waiting, we received a message to say that she had forgotten to put my appointment in the diary and was dealing with a personal circumstance again - NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER. We will not be returning due to the mass inconvenience caused for myself, family and friends who had all taken time out of their work and family commitments to enjoy what should be a special and memorable occasion, only for it to be a complete waste of 2.5 hours. **STEAR CLEAR FROM THIS BOUTIQUE!!!**

Fantastic service Really friendly I hadn't tried any dresses on beforehand but my views on dress styles were listened to and a good selection of dresses were available to try on.

Went for my daughter in law to be's fitting the owner was so welcoming , friendly really made it special & was so helpful nothing was to much trouble.
