Service is very nice but opening times is a joke. People want to sorted stuff in bank after work and it's close 3pm. Not everyone likes manage everything via internet. Maybe you should thinking about open at least till 5pm, like before lock down?!

I came today with debit card problem. Card looks like its blocked from last 2 weeks. Basically online bank account is working fine, credit card as well, only from debit card I cannot do any transactions online. After this explanation I have been asked to show card cause black strip on it can be damaged (According to them Black strip on card causing rejecting transaction via PayPal etc) I have been asked couple times if theres everything ok with online payments from this card cause of course thats not what I just reported as a problem After a second of checking my statement I have been almost accused of lying cause apparently yesterday there was transaction done from this card, which I didnt remembered. I went out, but also checked my bank app. Payment which she meant was a bank transfer from my account to another (which working fine) nothing to do with debit card Please do some training for those people cause they have no idea what they are doing
