After a shaky start having a car stereo fitted, Tom came to the rescue. Fantastic service received Excellent subject knowledge and customer service skills. Would definitely recommend a visit to his store.

Popped in for wiper blades after buying wrong ones online from elsewhere. Should have just come straight here , got what I needed & then had them fitted by a knowledgeable staff member. More expensive than online but quicker & more efficient. Lesson learnt.

If I could give a zero star I would. I was sold a used and incomplete nextbase camera as new. At full price and 2 when returned they wanted to give me a credit note, after the original payment, mobile payment was declined and I had to return home for my card. Like I'll ever return to Halfords again. Trying to pass off used goods as new is in breach of the sales of goods regulations. Eventually I returned and got a full refund but nothing for the inconvenience or expense they had caused by trying to sell used incomplete goods. The person who brought the box from the storeroom was obnoxious rude and tried to condescending. He advised that the cable necessary for fitment was an optional extra, there are no instructions included in this camera and the mount was also optional? What a liar. All you need to fit the camera should be included and was listed on the back of the box which I pointed out to the old chap who tried to tell me they were optional extra. If this is how they treat customers they'll not last in the business.
