Commercial business - a pub - have run out of gas 3 times this year the auto order doesn't work, you spend over an hour on the phone - no one answers. 3 days with out gas. called & emailed rep - not reply worst service ever - am moving to FLOgas

Gas delivery is 2 weeks late and we are empty, hours of holding on the phone to be told that we theoretically have 2 weeks of gas remaining and a delivery will come - it didnt. Emails to customer services - polite answers but nobody can tell us anything. Calor monitor tank levels remotely and presumably can read a weather forecast / have experience that it gets cold in winter every single year and more gas is required. Why is every year a surprise? They have had 8 months since our last top up to add at least some amount to ensure we dont run out in winter. This is the travesty of the LPG near monopoly.

They changed their phone number, gave the wrong number on not 1 but 2 different answer phones. Then they say they are open until 6 pm on the website but actually they shut at 5!
