        Total scam!! Got charged way more additionally to cost of parcel sent to USA. No email notification nothing only noticed on Paypal balance. Apparently a 24kg parcel suddenly weighed 36.5kg according to UPS and they tried secretly charging extra. Only way to get a refund is by taking photos of parcel with dimensions and weight which is not possible because I sent it off a week ago!!!!!! Never ever use UPS if you care about your money!
