My first visit was a surprise as I nearly drove past on the way back home to Whitehaven and not being a local for too long had me turning around and parking up in the decent sized car park, although the disabled bays are in need of a redo of paint we parked up and headed inside and much to my surprise it was huge, much larger than the one that shut down in Bury where I used to visit. My carer and I went up and down all the Isles before we headed to the checkout where a friendly staff member greeted us and helped us pack. So much choice to be had from the usual coffee /tea, buscuits, sweets etc but also homeware, kitchenware and clothes on offer, wow what a variety! It was that good that we drove back with a friend to grab a few more bargains. If you're ever passing by it's definitely worth a park up if only for a few choice essentials, keep up the good work guys, you made my day!

Utterly miserable sod on the checkout. Ignored us and never offered bag, help etc. Train some decent staff please.
