        Positively the worst "service". Each time I have to contact them it is worse than the time before. Today all I wanted was a repeat prescription for hayfever that I had taken for years. I am told by the receptionist that a review of my repeat prescriptions was carried out in May 2022 and everything on there was deleted. Was I informed? NO.

        Tried to get an appointment for severe hip pain..no result..had to witness an elderly Man who had a Fall...to be turned away...The Staff only seem to know one Word...N O... I had to hold my Tears back...if there were no Stars.. they would get them.......very very bad Service. What is wrong with just picking up the phone and speak...

        Dreadful service. I've had to go to West Cumberland Hospital A&E twice now because I couldn't get a GP or asthma nurse appointment. 6 hour wait in A&E just to get the antibiotics and steroids that the GP/ asthma nurse could have given me in 5 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

        Awful really misdiagnosed condition/complications after surgery gps at this place no help at all 2 years with an illness they dont know how to treat move to another town dont go here
