I am in shock by the customer service in the shop my son went in to buy a tshit he like only to be told dont think anything will fit you how dare they judge people like that absolutely disgracefu I cant give them any stars at all my son gor a wel paid job and he started heath kick journey and the t shirt was his goal he still bought it because he didnt want to let them see they insulted him shocked is not the word l

Customer service is let's say ...really bad. When you bring back a pair of trousers that are clearly faulty and are told 'you must of been on all fours to get them in that state, the glitter wouldn't have came off the knees otherwise!'......let's just say I was a fairly regular customer for the last 20 years....now myself and family certainly won't be back again! Continuing to give me my money back only as 'a gesture of good will.....get over yourselves!
