I am extremely annoyed. Last Sunday (it's now Tuesday) I bought a new dyson cleaner in the store. The woman said it would be delivered on Tuesday (today) I've waited in all day at tremendous inconvenience only to discover that there will be no delivery today and there had never been one scheduled. I really do not know why the woman (a woman who moonlights as a taxi driver and with an extreme grievance against her ex boyfriend) lied to me about the delivery date. The dyson was an impulse buy and I can only think she didn't want to miss out on the sale.

Talked into buying a laptop on Thursday told l would have it Saturday but left it until Monday then told it had been cancelled then told it would be there in the afternoon and they would ring me when it was ready no phone call had to call them then told it hadn't arrived and told it could be another 3 days considering i went there to buy one on that first day very disappointed with the service and wouldn't recommend currys to anyone

Just wanted to put in writing that when I went into the Workington store last week and wanted advice, Mark H was outstanding. I needed advice and guidance regarding laptops and mobile phones. He took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and advised accordingly in terms I understood. He was patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If you have an Employee of the Month Award - I would recommend him. Superb customer service - an asset to Currys.
