CarpetWays Workington

Would recommend carpetways in workington for anyone wanting any type of flooring. We dealt with Greg who was very knowledgeable about all forms of flooring. We felt he gave us brilliant advise on flooring for our new build home. John the carpet fitter made a fantastic job and our new home looks brilliant . From start to finish the whole experience and price was fantastic we would certainly use them again in the future well done the whole team in workington.

In store experience was excellent - very helpful advice and support. Even came out afterwards to double check room measurements, which was great. Fitting less wonderful. Id been told they dont take stuff away, which was fine, but theyve cut the carpet into pieces/rolls no one can pick up alone and hurled that, and the underlay (not in bags) outside. Ive spent 4 days picking up bits underlay as its spread across the garden in small pieces and had to wait until the weekend when a group of us can pick up the carpet. I wouldnt use them again; would be happier to pay a bit more for carpet to avoid the uplift experience. Real shame as the initial experience was so positive.

Had carpets from them and are going to have it from again. 5 stars service and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
