We hired this motorhome in October 22, this being our first time. Carol and John could not have been more helpful, they gave us loads of advice which helped in our preparations. We had a lovely time and the motorhome was virtually brand new and in perfect condition. It was a great adventure and the motorhome allowed us the freedom to visit places we would not have done. We had a wonderful hire touring the Scottish Highlands and west coast. The Zefiro was immaculately clean when we picked it up. The booking process was really smooth, and we had a really comprehensive handover, we were shown where everything was, how everything worked and given some really useful tips for first time in a motor home. The Zefiro was equipped with everything we needed, plus some essentials (tea, coffee, milk etc) which was a really nice touch. Would highly recommend using West Lakes Motorhome Hire.

Beautiful and modern motorhome at a reasonable price; we had a great adventure up in Scotland with everything we needed at our fingertips. John and Carol have both gone above and beyond to make sure our holiday was stress-free and have helped us even after return of hire. They were honest, communicative and understanding throughout the entire process, nothing has been too much hassle.

Hired the camper for 2 weeks, loved every minute of it, having never done a Campervan holiday before or even driven a camper Carol and John put our minds at rest and were so helpful, would highly recommend.
