        Brilliant staff on in her on Saturday evening. Really helpful and engaging when I asked about my Dewalt boxes. I work all round Cumbria. Some of the staff from other stores should go here when these 2 are on and see how things are done properly. Instead of an occasional grunt from some staff in other stores. Here you get a friendly conversation and they are willing to go and get something from the back for you to look at. They also told me to apply for a trade card. None of the others have even mentioned it. Thank you girls makes everyone's day alot easier.

        Disgusting staff behaviour. Watched as one member of staff served customers coming in and out while the other was busy talking to her friend at the counter. When the member of staff was challenged by another customer, her attitude was disgusting. Would highly recommended using screwfix down the road from them instead. Their members of staff have a better attitude towards there customers.
