        I purchased online some celtic juice as it stated 1st class post but still waiting after 5 days I called the shop up to ask where is my parcel they are not helpful at all and told me it has nothing to do with them it's royal mail and its out of there hands they have no proof of sending the item or anything will not purchase from th again and please becarefull if you order

        the oil I was sold is terrible I decided against taking nicotine as I had some at home I went home and checked my receipts and I has been charged an extra 1.50 for it even tho I never even bought it absolutely ripped off..

        I went into the Workington branch today, having problems connecting the power. Was told that it was 'user error', it quite possibly was. I didn't expect a refund and was perfectly willing to purchase a replacement. The disrespectful, off hand manner in which I was treated completely put me off. I walked around the corner and bought one from VPZ.
