Dear Rachel, you have made a little heirloom for me and my family. Our Xmas trees always have momentos of places we have visited or have a special significance to us. Our trees are memory trees which recall special memories. The commission to design a pendant showing the hill behind our village with the ruined castle on top is stunning. You have not only shown the physical elements but you have captured the essence of the place. Every member of our family who grew up with this as their daily view will love them as much as I do. Thank you so much. You are a very talented lady and should be very proud of your creativity.

Ordered Christmas decorations from here, they are just as lovely as I thought they'd be, one was a novelty, one has a sentimental reason, well priced and prompt delivery. Thanks Rachel. (Not going to say what they are as they're pressies)

I ordered some personalised coasters. I was delighted with the quality which exceeded expectations. They were individually wrapped in cloth drawstring bags, which added to the presentation of the coasters as gifts. The coasters were wrapped in cheerful orange tissue and packed in a sturdy box. The finishing touch was a "thank you" sticker on the box.
