    A terrible experience across the board. I ordered one of the table tops. It got so bad I went to consumer rights for support. The lead time was 2-3 weeks but it took 9 weeks to arrive. Within the first 6 weeks of that time, It took me 3 emails and a mention of going to Klarna to even get a response to which I was told one more week. It took another 3. The table top arrived and I was very disappointed. Firstly, the table appeared to be very warped, you could not put a plate, bowl or cup on it without it rocking all over the place. When asking whether this was right I was sent a link for the characteristics of the wood which is something I did not read before hand. It does say that the wood does come concave/convex but does not affect the practicality of their products. I would disagree but unfortunately I missed the information. I was also asked to try table mats to help with the rocking, it did not resolve the problem. Secondly the table top came with missing parts that were meant to be professionally routed into the table. They somewhat refused to acknowledge this issue properly and just wanted to send the battens out to me so I could install myself although on the website, stating they were routed into the tables. Due to these issues I then wanted to return the item for a full refund. This then caused problems as they wanted to charge me 65 for the initial delivery and the return. They did not think that the missing parts were a defect. They took 10 days to respond to my first refund request email and then after many emails back and forth they warned me I was close to the end of the 30 day return period and would not be able to return the item after that. I ended up going to consumer rights for support to which I was told I was entitled to a full refund. Acumen Collection still made thing very difficult so we agreed on splitting the delivery cost as it wasn't worth my time to keep contacting them, consumer rights and Klarna.

    Ordered a shelf unit for around 260. I never received the shelves. Acumen blamed UPS, UPS blamed Acumen. I sourced other furniture and when I told Acumen that due to the length of time it had been rumbling on (over 5 weeks) Id like to cancel my order and receive a refund. They replied stating they were processing my refund MINUS the carraige charge (which I never paid in the first place as it was free delivery). Basically cost me 18 for an item I never set eyes on and a month of emails and phone calls chasing it. Shambolic customer service. Will not be using Acumen ever again

    Furniture and quality are great however, communication is extremely poor. Have ordered shelfmate composition and an industrial shelving unit as part of our office refurb and yet to receive pipe brackets. It has now been over a month of chasing Acumen Collection. At the stage of the original dispatch half order was complete with the correct delivery address and incomplete by the AC staff and it was sent back to them. After numerous chasing, re-delivery was booked and tracking provided but it has not moved for over a week now from their factory and no response to my numerous emails. 2 stars and all down to customer experience. Feel absolutely exhausted sending emails about exactly same issue. Ignoring is really not helping the situation.
