I made first contact in January, they failed to turn up when they said, but after I called again. They came out in Feb 4th and looked at pump and took pictures and said it will need a new one and the office would call in a a day or 2. I waited until March 15th and called again, a Mandy or Wendy said she would call me back the next day. No calls come from her, so I called again March 23rd. This time she told me I needed a new pump one was on order and would be fitted in 1-3 weeks depending on their fitter. I called 12th April noon and asked what was happening and was told by a new female member of staff they would call me back today and update me. I called back at 5pm and was put through to a guy driving. He told me we can't do it as it's outside our fit. So for nearly 4 months, and 6 phone calls I made, they never once called me back, I get told this. I do not have an issue with them not being able to do the job, its just rude and so unprofessional not to call back and lead me on for this amount of time. If I was just told this back in Jan or February I wouldn't not have to start all over again. They clearly are busy and don't have any sense of customer service, respect or honour.
