        appointments take forever to make and get and sometimes the doctors just forget to call you back to talk about very important prescriptions . They dont even have a mail or texting service for when you wanna ask basic questions about medication or whatever so you have to just look it up online and hope for the best

        Horrendous to get in touch with. The receptionists are zero to no help, its a disgrace. They were terrible prior to merging but now its just horrific.

        Three weeks for am apointment & when you get there they tell yoi they have no resorces .We are going backwards in west Cumbria it was better in the 20th century.Did'nt think it could be worse than when i last reviewed this .but it is.gp sevice is almost none exsistant No wonder A&E & ambulance service are swamped.going to down grade to 1 star.

        Overall service was great. Dr. Rayner was very helpful. The only downside was the young lady at the reception office was full of passion, was very loud over the phone. I don't mind about the waiting time but her squiking voice has caused my migraine deepened.
