        awful staff rude , appointments impossible , never answer the phones even when you stand in front of them watching the phone ring. it's a joke of a surgery , don't bother you better off not having a doctor.

        Surprised this practice is still open. No-one gets back to you and no-one picks up after over an hours wait. Only wanted to ask if there are any drop in places for my Covid jab given im in my 40s and seem to have been forgotten about.

        Have been battling Workington GPS since 12/03/2020. Shut myself away am COPD and could see the way things were Bad. Asked James Street what to do. No help. So got Do Not Resuscitate/ No CPR- eventually. A catalogue of errors (Many phonecalls- Very Many Hours Waiting. Over the Many Many Months since. Today went into Admin centre. To escalate a Complaint. About being Ignored for vaccines or help with breathing issues. Again. Even the Complaint GP! Dr. Kirby hadnt got back to me. Felt complaint about being ignored was being ignored. Guess what. My promise of a text today- to check if I Am Actually Clinically Extremely Vulnerable with the Practice- has not been replied to yet. Avoid. It could be Lethal.
