Couldnt have picked a worse solicitor to act on my behalf, lazy, extremely difficult to converse with, only replied maybe once a week if I was lucky. My original quote was 1700 and ended up paying 3200 in fees after it took them about 6 months to complete a private sale. Only went with these as they were recommended by my estate agent and very sorry I did. Please seriously consider using these.

Recently used Michael for the Sale & Purchase of our properties. Very professional service even when he had to deal with difficult solicitors on the other side and problems with the land registry. Worked tirelessly to ensure we were able to move into our new property and nothing was too big of a problem. Kept in touch throughout and gave updates as to where we were.
