We are at the beginning of a 4 to 5 year project of renovating our old Victorian property room by room. I got in touch with Mark from Lakeland Plastering for a quote to plaster/re-skim our living room and dining room. Quote was provided within a couple days as promised and we booked him in. Given that these were 'old walls' he had his work cut out but due to his meticulous preparation he has provided us with a perfect finish. I can 100% recommend Mark (Lakeland Plastering), as others have mentioned in previous reviews, outstanding quality of work and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Mark, we look forward to working with you again soon on the rest of the house.

I would highly recommend Mark for his plastering services. It's hard to find trustworthy tradesmen who do a good job, and I'm so pleased I found Mark to transform my bathroom and kitchen. He worked wonders on the old and uneven brick walls (they were seriously uneven!) and he managed to board and skim them so they're now straight and smooth. He was also flexible in working to my timescales, coming back when a final wall was built to finish the job - thank you Mark!

Absolutely outstanding work! I'm currently in the process of fully renovating a property and Mark was tasked with plastering a full house. From the word go he has delivered nothing but 1st class service. Nothing was too much and he was so helpful - providing great advice for getting the finish I was picturing. The quality of work is genuinely outstanding, his customer service is excellent and his pricing is very very reasonable. He turns up when he says he's going to - those who are doing work to a property know that this seems to be an issue with the trades - and for me it was a breath of fresh air to come across a tradesman who really cares about his work and customers. All of this for a very reasonable price = 10/10 for me. I could not recommend Mark more; truly great service. Thank you and best of luck with everything in future!

Mark has proved himself to be one of our best contractors during our refurbishment project. The excellent detail and quality of his work is supported by a diligence and desire to meet our tight deadlines. His work has attracted the admiring attention of other plasterers for its quality of finish. There will be plenty more work for Mark when the time comes!
