        I was very nervous when I had to go for an appointment here but there was absolutely no reason to have been. Paul made me feel so at ease. He is a wonderful person I feel I have made a friend his help and advice as been very important to me in a situation I had no knowledge of how to deal with. They provide an invaluable service to their local community and I feel that they deserve more recognition and certainly more funding .
