Eurocell Workington

Bought box of screws, lot of them was not straight. Went back and asked them to replace the box and take out what I have used about 20 maximum, they wouldn't do and told me to find the bended ones which I show them many they will replace the ones bended, why should I waste my time like it's my fault. I have left the box of screws what I paid for so they can screw them on their backsides

Helpfull and friendly staff, just hard work ever getting through. I always have to go down to the store instead of just calling to find out whats in, at what price. id use you guys alot more if youse was more available on the phone.

I ordered 6 meters of window sill from the Workington branch to be collected by myself a few days later, but got home from work the same day as ordering to find they'd delivered it free of charge and left it hidden round the back of the house. Brilliant, saved me collecting and hacksawing it in the carpark to fit in the car. Thank you Eurocell.
