Had a query concerning an online account statement. Was listened to by the assistant who honestly said that my query was something she couldn't answer but she would find another colleague who would be able to help. Another lady listened carefully to my request and very patiently explained what I needed to do and highlighted where I was going wrong with the process I was using. Both ladies were really polite and friendly as well as being very clear with their explanation as to what I needed to do to successfully complete a banking activity.

Terrible closed my bank in whitehaven now all the way to workington to find out its just a room with cash machines in it, I need the counter, will have to change my bank now

Can I award zero stars? Phoned customer service number. Waited for over 20 minutes. No one bothered to pick-up. This bank doesn't deserve customers.
