My boyfriend tried to see if hed have to get a large sum of money out inside (for his grandad) and the person at the door asked how much and shouted it out loud (amount of the money)! In front of everyone then went you can do that outside. This isnt protecting your customers this is putting them in danger if my boyfriend got mugged it would because of you and you would of been arrested too. Shouting how much someones getting out is just saying mug this lad absolute joke (apparently hes the manager as well the idiot). Company needs a word with him maybe train him on common sense.

Previous experience few years ago reviewing due to seeing an advert claiming Halifax will help you out in these difficult times which is rubbish. I have been a customer for 30 years and I was asked if I came into store to see the mortgage adviser they could look to see if they could get me a great deal! Great i thought. I check on the Halifax online calculator to see what deal I could get before my meeting with the mortgage adviser so I thought I may get a better deal as I was a long time customer I was wrong the mortgage adviser tried to sell me a mortgage product more expensive than the one I found myself through the Halifax the mortgage adviser tried the sales pitch big time and I could feel myself get more angry knowing he was trying to sell me a product 80 a month more expensive than the cheapest deal! As I left with my wife sure enough he said OH let me try this and look again an sure enough the deal I had seen the previous night comes up at this point I left disgusted and wish I had reported the mortgage adviser to the financial ombudsman just out of anger of someone prepared to rip you off. Beware!!! Go through a mortgage broker is my advice.
