        I think the staff are very helpful and doing their job very well. However I can only give Barclays Bank 1 star as they are actually responsible for 145billion of our money being invested in fossil fuel extraction... 25b last year alone. Fossil fuels are responsible for a huge proportion of the climate crisis we are living through globally. If you are a Barclays customer I would definitely move to a more ethical bank. As I am doing.
