        NatWest is no longer a bank. They just tell you the things you can no longer do not like the good old days of counters and smiley faces.

        Now my nearest branch. Staff are friendly. Was a little busy when I called in, only one cashier on duty, so a queue building. Used an automatic paying in machine rather than waiting. There is a good range of banking services here.
